Welcome to The Cove FC seniors information for trials and registration for the 2024 season!
All players will be required to register on this website prior to taking part in any trials or trainings.
Players should arrive at least 30mins before the below times, to check in, prepare and warm up as required. Players are required to attend both dates. A third date maybe added at the end of trial two if needed.
YOU MUST REGISTER ON OUR WEBSITE IN-ADVANCE TO TRIAL.
All to be held at The Cove FC, Southern Soccer Facility. Bar will be open.
Tuesday 17th Oct, Thursday 19th Oct, 6.30pm until 8-8.30pm.
There will be no trials for Reserves Team.
We have a policy of promoting existing Cove juniors and as a result of this, a number of players have moved up for next season. In-addition to this, we have retained a few players and have had players return from season long injuries. The end result is that we only have a couple of places left in reserves and it is unfair to have 80+ players trial for these. Our coaches are working through the registrations, with the players details and positions available in mind and will be in touch with you if you are a player of interest over the next couple of weeks.
We appreciate this will be disappointing for a number of players and again, please accept our apologies.
There will be no trials for 1st Team.
Players wishing to be considered for our 1st Team will be by invitation only – to attend pre-season training starting in November, or contacted in-advance to meet. If you wish to be considered for our 1st Team, you should either 1) register and attend reserves trials, and at reserves trials check in – confirm that you wish to also be considered for 1st Team (you will then be assessed for this) or, 2) email an expression of interest to email@example.com with your full player profile and history. You will then be considered by our head coach and responded to in the future.
Players wishing to trial for both U18s and reserves, should register and trial U18s and at check in, state that they wish to also be considered for reserves (you will then be assessed for this also).
